Ahi Sandwich
The ahi tuna sandwich was huge. The tuna tender and not over done. I will order again when I return.
Oyster Rockkefeller
We got oyster Rockefeller and fish dish and violent beautiful Hawaiian drink. A young nice bartender always makes great mix drinks. Breakfast, lunch is awesome but dinner menu is more special at Mauka Bar and Grill. food qualities are excellent all day. Manager Ryan is very helpful. Mahalo
Classic Benedict
We added avocado and split it between 2! Perfect brunch fare!
Breakfast Sandwich
Delicious LARGE sandwich on a brioche bun with eggs, cheese, bacon and a yummy aioli. It is served with a side of fingerling potatoes which are boiled and cut in half...these would be even better if they had been grilled a bit too!

I thought the service and food were great. Definitely going to go back.
Pan Fried Opakapaka
The opakapaka is a mild fish in a delicious sauce. My husband hardly ever orders fish, but he liked it so much he ordered it twice within a week. I loved it too, along with the amazing mashed potatoes! And they had berry cobbler as a dessert special - so yummy! We look forward to eating here again.
Osso Bucco
Went for a late dinner, was going to order the opakapaka (which I've had before and is yummy) but the bartender suggested the chef's creation and WOW was I glad I listened! Creation that night was crab crusted ono. The "crust" was actually a generous portion of crab atop the ono. It was served over mashed potatoes with asparagus and tomato coulis. Hubby had the pork belly carbonara and he's still talking about it a week later!
Turkey Club
Talk about BANG for your BUCK! The club sandwich was stacked a mile high and packed with all fresh and tasty ingredients! We've been to Mauka several times and will continue to come back! We've also tried the fish tacos, lobster bisque, oysters Rockefeller and filet mignon during other visits! The bloody Mary's are a 10/10 as well!
Fried Eggplant Caprese
*****Oh so Delicious. Great service too. Accommodated our eclectic group's taste buds, with everyone from young adults, (who gave me the idea to try Tacos Kalbi on my next visit, which is just as good as the Fried Eggplant Caprese) to genuine Paniolos. With so many more awesome-looking choices on the menu I had to promptly return myself after discovering the gem of Waikoloa. Lunch club sandwich and everything experienced overall is 5 stars. Highly recommend.
Pork Chop
Mauka Bar and Grill was awesome!! I had the porkchop and my wife had scallops. Both were perfect. Outstanding service too!
